Kassie Fotiadis Attorney

Kassie S. Fotiadis prosecutes employment discrimination claims with a focus on sex discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, and sexual harassment. She graduated cum laude from University of Michigan Law School and has a B.A. in Public Policy from Brown University. During law school, she was a Notes Editor for Michigan Law Review and worked on sex discrimination cases as a Student Attorney for the Civil Rights Litigation Initiative and at the ACLU Women’s Rights Project. Kassie’s note, #EmployersToo: Expanding Vicarious Liability for Sexual Harassment Under Title VII and Tort Law, is forthcoming in Michigan Law Review Volume 123, Issue 2.
